Telehealth Services
APPOINTMENTFor existing clients and some new clients, we are able to offer telehealth services for certain conditions. COVID-19 has us looking at new ways to provide care for our patients and telehealth is an area we have embraced. Not all consultations need to be completed in person and so our telehealth service was developed.
Consultations
Our experienced veterinarians are able to provide telehealth consultations to existing patients. Whilst we are limited with the type of consultations we are able to perform using telehealth, it does allow us to collect a thorough history and provide a visual examination of your pet.
Behavioural Consultations
Our experienced veterinarians are able to provide some telehealth behavioural consultations to existing patients or without prescribing medication we can provide telehealth behavioural consultations to new patients.
Palliative Care Consultations
Transporting our sensational seniors is not always possible. They may have limited mobility and struggle in the car. We are able to provide telehealth consultations with our veterinarians to discuss the palliative care options for your pet.
Nurse Consultations
Our highly trained nurses are able to be booked for a variety of different telehealth nurse consultations. By booking a telehealth consultation with one of our nurses you are able to have all of your common preventative care, general husbandry, and nutrition questions answered.
Post Operative Checks
Our highly trained nurses are able to complete your pet’s post-operative check over a Zoom telehealth appointment. Most of our patients have dissolvable sutures placed under the skin and do not necessarily need to come in for sutures to be removed.
