Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy

We have an important update regarding our appointment scheduling process. In an effort to enhance the efficiency of our services and ensure that we can accommodate as many pets as possible, we will be implementing an Appointment Cancellation Policy effective 1st April 2024.

The decision to introduce this policy is rooted in the increasing number of missed appointments and the impact it has on our ability to provide timely care for all our patients. By having a cancellation policy in place, we aim to better manage our schedule and allocate our resources effectively, ultimately improving the overall experience for both you and your pet.

Key points of our Appointment Cancellation Policy:

1. Advance Notice: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another pet in need of care.
2. Cancellations Without Notice: In the event of a cancellation without sufficient notice, a cancellation fee of $109.90 may be applied. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will assess each case individually with compassion.
3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to find an alternative time that suits your schedule.
