One of my dogs is very shy around new people, so we visit nearly weekly just to get her used to being at the vets. The nurses are all happy to give her the time and space she needs to get comfortable around them.
Took my cat Nina yesterday and the vet and nurse were both extremely nice and informative. Also received a check up call the next day which was kind! Highly recommend.

You won’t find a better vet than Dr Belinda. She is caring, compassionate and realistic when it comes to your pets health. I have a semi feral cat that I had to trap to get to the vet for surgery. Belinda and her amazing team took the best care of my cat and allowed me to stay around whilst we got her to sleep. Dr B has been treating my cats and rabbits for over 6 years now and I have followed her around, so I’m so pleased she finally has her own practice.
I am absolutely blown away by my experience at Rouse Hill Family Vets. I can’t fault my experience at all and recommend them to all pet owners. They made sure that my cat was comfortable and at ease for the entire visit, and took the time to personalise our consultation. I received two emails after the consultation, one was a summary of everything discussed, and the other included extra information I had enquired about, which was greatly appreciated. I’ve never had such an an amazing experience at a vets.

Honestly so glad I found these guys!! They are so incredible and have taken such good care of our little Boston (it’s only been 8 weeks haha). Such an amazing vet, they genuinely care about your pet and recommend the most beneficial treatments, you’re not a $ to them, they want the best for you & your pet. Can’t recommend them enough!

Just excellent, can’t say anything else. They sent emails and text messages of my pets progress during and after the operation. Let me stay with my pet until it went to sleep. Sent a picture of my pet in recovery. Gave me a quote and advised variations before the booking, no change to that quote when I got there or after the operation. Not like other vets in the area. Professional and friendly staff and experience. Highly recommend.
