A Message to Our Clients

Thank you for all your support over what has been a very crazy year. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Rouse Hill Family Vets will be closing over the Christmas period to give our staff the chance to have a well-deserved break with their family after a difficult year.

We will be closing on Christmas Eve at 1:00pm 24/12/2021 and reopening 9:00am on Tuesday the 04/01/2022.

What does this mean if my pet was to get sick?
Animal Referral Hospital (ARH) and Small Animal Specialist Hospital (SASH) will be operating 24 hours over the Christmas period. We recommend calling them with any health concern during this time.

What if I need more medication while you are closed?
We request that you please contact us over the two weeks leading up to our closure to request enough medication to get you through the period in which we will be shut. Unfortunately, we will not be available at all during our closing period, so we do request you give us a call by the 23rd of December 2021 at the latest.

How will I be able to know when my dog is due for something?
You can access your pet’s blood results, preventative treatment reminders, and previous medications your pet has been on through our Portal on our website. You are also able to book appointments online through our website.
