Our experienced veterinarians are able to provide some telehealth behavioural consultations to existing patients or without prescribing medication we can provide telehealth behavioural consultations to new patients.

Often patients who require behavioural consultations are anxious at the veterinarian so reducing the times they need to visit can be beneficial. When we are assessing their response to behavioural medications most of the consultation comes from talking with you, the owner and so these appointments don’t necessarily need to be performed in person. It will allow us to make clinical decisions regarding doses and provide you with repeat prescriptions as needed.

For new patients who are wanting behavioural consultations, we are able to provide telehealth consultations with the limitation that we are unable to prescribe medication if we have not examined your pet. We are able to provide advice around husbandry, training, pheromones and nutraceuticals.
