APPOINTMENTWe can provide in home consultations to apply the monitor and then remotely assess the information to guide management of your pet’s diabetes. By apply the monitor in home and with the fear free approach we are able to minimise the affects of stress on the glucose readings (particularly in cats).

In Home Continuous Glucose Sensor Application - Repeat
Veterinary visit with one of our Fear Free Certified Veterinarians, patient history including relevant medical history and current clinical signs, physical examination, patient assessment, application of Freestyle sensor, ensuring account set up is correct and that data is being shared with our veterinarians. It also includes one teleconsultation to discuss the results from the monitor and the dose adjustments required.
This does not include the purchase of the sensor and if needed the reader. We will provide you with information on how to purchase the sensor separately.

Booking an In Home Continuous Glucose Sensor Application
We have two ways to book appointments:
1. You may call or text 0411 052 779 to request an appointment. As you can understand if we are with a patient we are unable to answer calls but will get back to you as promptly as we can.
2. Book an appointment online. If you are unable to find a time with our online booking system please give us a call as will do our best to find a time that is suitable.
